Hourly Rates & Fixed Prices

Terms & Conditions

• Our hourly rate is charged from the time of arrival to the job to the moment your tradesman leaves. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour, thereafter in 30 minute units

• Payment in full will be due the same day as the invocie is issued. we accept: Cash, BACS Transfer or Cheque.

• We offer free estimates on larger jobs

• All prices quoted are subject to VAT at 20% 

​​​

• Materials are charged at trade prices plus a 10% mark up and are subject to VAT at 20%

​

• Collection of materials are chargeable at the hourly rate, but will be kept to a minimum and will not exceed 1 hour.

• All workmanship will be guaranteed by Furlong Group for 1 year from the date of the invoice, unless stated otherwise

​

• If you make a booking and are not present at the agreed time you will be charged for one hour at the current hourly rate
