Our hourly rate is charged from the time of arrival to the job to the moment our engineer leaves. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour, thereafter in 30 minute units

Payment in full will be due the same day as the invoice is issued. we accept: Cash, BACS Transfer or Cheque.

Materials are charged at trade prices plus a 20% mark up and are subject to VAT at 20%

Collection of materials are chargeable at the hourly rate, but will be kept to a minimum and will not exceed 1 hour

All workmanship will be guaranteed by Furlong Group for 1 year from the date of the invoice, unless stated otherwise

If you make a booking and are not present at the agreed time you will be charged for one hour at the current hourly rate
